Passport Requirements

In order to participate you must possess a valid and unexpired passport from your country of nationality unless you are unable to obtain a passport and fall under one of three limited exemptions:
Stateless Individuals: In general, statelessness is a rare situation. You must provide evidence to establish that you did not acquire the nationality of your country of birth under the laws of that country and that you do not have any other nationality.
Nationals of a Communist-controlled country: You must provide evidence to establish that you are unable to obtain a passport from the government of your country of nationality.
Beneficiaries of individual waivers: you must provide evidence that you are unable to obtain a passport and the reason you should receive an individual passport waiver.

If you do not posess a valid passport, you can select this on the registration form. You must submit your passport information within September 2023 so that we can submit your DV-application.
