The Application for the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program is a lengthy processes. Green Card Group LLC is the platform for people to submit their Green Card application and become a permanent resident in the US. We will submit your application and guide you through every step until your Green Card is issued.
You will receive a notification indicating that your application has been selected. This notification usually occurs between May and September of the year following your application.
Each year up to 55,000 Green Cards will be given out by the Department of State to a random selection of Green Card Lottery applicants.
If your application was selected you must provide the following information in order to complete the form DS-260.
After the completion of form DS-260 it will then be reviewed by the Kentucky Consular
Center.
In the meantime you must prepare scanned copies of the following documents:
You will have to bring the original documents to your interview with the consular officer. Civil and personal documents may differ from country to country and therefore additional documents may be required.
After reviewing your application, the Kentucky Consular Center will contact you via e-mail
to let you know that an interview has been scheduled at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate that you selected on
form DS-260.
You will need to take the following important steps in advance of the interview date:
Make sure that you are prepared to present:
You and all family members immigrating with you must be present at the visa interview. A consular officer will determine whether or not you can receive an immigrant visa. Make sure to bring all the necessary photographs and documents that you have prepared.
You can now enter the United States as a Lawful Permanent Resident.
*High School Education: A high school education means the successful completion of a formal
course of elementary and secondary education comparable to a 12-year course in the United States.
*Work Experience: If you are qualifying with work experience, you must have two years of experience in the
last five years, in an occupation which requires at least two years of training or experience.
*Family Members: Your Green Card application must include your spouse and all of your children under 21 years.
You also have to include children who may not live with you or who dont plan to move to the United States. If
your application is selected, your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years will also receive a Permanent
Resident card.
